Peak District based men’s clothing business, PK Clothing, has pledged to support local charity Helen’s Trust by sharing their first year’s profits to help us.
Born and bred in the Peak District, the owners of PK Clothing are passionate about, not just offering top of the range quality products, but of building a brand that sells the Peak District lifestyle and that residents can be proud of.
Their corporate social responsibility is of paramount importance and, from day one, they have acknowledged that supporting their community will be a priority.
Following development of a long term strategy to support a range of local charities Joe Gratton, MD of PK Clothing decided to focus on one charity in the first year, that charity being Helen’s Trust, who support people across the High Peak and North Derbyshire with terminal illness to remain at home at the end of their illness.
Helen's Trust gives an exceptional service to people in our local area who are suffering from terminal illness. With their services at hand many people can manage effectively at home rather than a hospital. If we feel at the end of the year we haven't contributed enough to Helen's Trust we shall make them our charity partner for another year. It is an extremely worthy cause and I'm sure our customers will help us raise as much money as possible for them. ”
