Bamford Sheepdog Trials

The Trials are held on the Bamford with Thornhill Recreation Ground every Spring Bank Holiday Monday (last Monday in May) from approximately 7.30am to 6pm.
This historic event is always a brilliant day and offers a great atmosphere for all the family. As well as the amazing feats of the sheepdogs, trained down the centuries through the skills of our farmers, there is a children's play area, side stalls and good food and drink to make the day.
Helen's Trust are delighted to have a stand at this great day out.
